Order of 19 February 2003 amending the decree of 22 February 2002 fixing the bodies of assimilation for the award of the lump sum allowance for additional work to certain categories of staff of The central administration of the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity

Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Health, Family and disabled persons and the Minister for Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning,
In light of Decree No. 2002-62 of 14 January 2002 on the lump sum allowance for additional work Central Authorities;
In view of the Order of 14 January 2002 fixing the annual average amounts of the lump sum allowance for additional work by the central administrations;
In view of the decree of 22 February 2002 fixing the bodies Assimilation for the award of the lump sum for additional work to certain categories of staff in the central administration of the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity,

Article 2 of the above-mentioned Order of 22 February 2002 reads as follows:
" Art. 2. - Officials of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled Persons with a fixed-term contract may, subject to the terms of their contract Shall not, until 30 June 2003, collect the flat-rate allowance for additional work by the central authorities under the same conditions as those laid down for non-incumbent agents in Article 1 above. "

Item 2

The Director, General Administration, Personnel and Budget, and the Director of General Administration and The modernisation of services in the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled persons shall each be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall Takes effect on 1 January 2003 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
