Describes:
The specialised centres for the care of addicts belonging to the categories of establishment mentioned in Article L. 312-1 of the Code of Social Action and Families, 9 ° of the I, shall ensure preventive missions, Reception and care of persons who are at risk or are using harmful substances or plants classified as narcotic or with associated addictions.
Specialized drug addiction centres provide:

The conditions for the organisation and operation of the sections of therapeutic apartments and networks of foster families are defined by joint order of the Ministers responsible for Social Affairs, Health and Social security.
The center is responsible for the services of a multidisciplinary medico-social team.
The minimum composition and qualifications of the personnel who make up the Centre's medico-social team are By order of ministers responsible for social affairs and health.
