Order dated February 12, 2007 approving the merger involving the transfer of a portfolio of membership bulletins to regulations and contracts of a mutual trust

The Minister of Health and Solidarity,
Given the code of mutuality, including articles L. 212-11 and L. 212-12;
Given the demand Presented by the Mutuelles Prisma, whose head office is in Besançon (25041), 67 rue des Cras, for approval of the transfer, by way of merger-absorption, with its rights and obligations, of its portfolio of membership bulletins to Regulations and contracts at the La Mutuelle populaire populaire du Jura, whose head office is in Dole (39017), rue Sombardier;
In view of the deliberation of 29 September 2006 of the general assembly of the Mutuelles Prisma;
Due to the deliberation of the 29 September 2006 of the General Assembly of the Mutuelle populaire populaire du Jura;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 16 November 2006 inviting the creditors of the mutual interests concerned to submit their comments on the proposed merger ;
In view of the solvency certification of 24 January 2007 issued by the Insurance and Mutual Insurance Control Authority;
In view of the supporting documents, in particular the Merger Treaty,

Approved, effective December 31, 2006, the merger involving the transfer, under the conditions set out in L' article L. 212-11 du Code de la mutualité, avec ses droits et obligations, de son Portfolio de bulletins d' accession à des by-laws et de contracts des Mutuelles Prisma au profit de la Mutuelle familial populaire du Jura, qui prend la denomination Mutuelle ADREA Franche-Comté.

The Director of Social Security shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be Published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
