  • Chapter I: General Provisions Article 1

    Article 7


    The duration of the national service actually performed or the actual service time of the civil voluntary service provided for in Article L. 122-16 of the national service code shall, where appropriate, be deducted from the duration of the services required by the 2 ° of the Article 5 and 5 of Article 6.

    Article 8


    No person shall be appointed as an engineer pupil pursuant to Article 6 above if he Has committed to serve in the body of engineers in rural engineering, water and forestry for at least eight years from the date of tenure.     Article 9

    Article 10

    Article 11


    I. -The engineers of rural engineering, water and forests are appointed to the rank of engineer, subject to the provisions below.

    Article 14

    Article 18

    Article 19

    Article 26
