In this society, municipalities are divided into municipalities as follows:

Group of municipalities: Helsinki

Group II: Espoo, Beautiful and Vantaa

III Municipal Group: Welfare, Hämeenlinna, Joensuu, Jyväskylä, Järvenpää, Kajaani, Kerava, Kirkkonummi, Kouvola, Kuopio, Lahti, Lahti, Lohja, Nurmijä , Oulu, Pori, Porvoo, Raisio, Riihimäki, Rovaniemi, Seinäjoki, Sipoo, Tampere, Turku, Tuus, Vasa, and Visius

Group of IV: Other municipalities.

When määräing the amount of housing allowance, the amount of the basic liability of housing exnditure shall be taken into account innnce with the total monthly income of the dwelling, the number of persons and persons belonging to the municipality as follows:

When a child belongs to a dining unit of two persons, the sum of permanent monthly income of persons belonging to the municipality of domicile shall be reduced by EUR 90.

Where the municipality includes more than eight persons, the amount of the basic liability of housing exnditure shall be taken into account when määräing the size of the housing allowance as laid down in subsection 1 to the dining unit of eight persons with a permanent monthly income of persons belonging to the municipality shall be reduced to EUR 260 per each member of the dining unit exceeding eight persons.

The amounts of the aggregate assets of persons belonging to the municipality of residence referred to in section 3(2) are as follows:

When calculating residential exnditure, the rent or consideration paid shall be added to the heating costs paid separately in the table not exceeding 2 subparagraphs per square metre of the property as determined by the location of the apartment, and the water fees paid separately at a maximum of EUR 19.29 per person per month.

Property costs for housing ex omaditure in a house owned by a non-residential limited liability company or a housing cooperative shall be calculated per month so that the amount laid down in the table in this section determined by the location of the apartment shall be multiplied by the number of square metres in the area of the dwelling. The income received will be increased by EUR 62.96 per apartment and EUR 20.39 per person.

The municipalities fall within the heating groups referred to in paragraph 2 as follows:

1) Development group:
