In accordance with the decision of the Parliament:
The Social Insurance Institute is hereby authorised to surrender the movable property, immaterial rights and assets under the control of the Rehabilitation company Petrea, and the activities of the internal rehabilitation company Petrea to continue with the foundation of the foundation. The premises of the internal rehabilitation company Petrea will remain the property of the People's Pension Fund.
The Social Insurance Institution is hereby authorised to set up a foundation and to carry out a set-aside rate of eur 2 million for the Foundation, which is financed by the Social Insurance Institution by converting its shares into money.
The Social Insurance Institution shall determine the value of the movable property and its value and the conditions under which the property shall be surrendered. This Act shall enter into force on 1 January 2007.
Before the law enters into force, measures may be taken to implement the law. Articles 1 and 2 shall apply before the law enters into force.
