Regulation on vocational adult education

The presentation of the Minister for Education is governed by the Law of 21 August 1998 on vocational adult education (1998) Pursuant to:

ARTICLE 1 (9.10.2010)
Training areas

Vocational adult education is organised and funded in the following fields of education:

1) the humanist and educational sector;

2) the cultural sector;

(3) social sciences, business and administration;

(4) natural sciences;

(5) technology and transport;

(6) natural and environmental sectors;

(7) social, health and physical; and

8. Tourism, nutrition and economic sectors.

Setting, composition and decision-making of the RACs

The majority of the members of the Committee of Inquiry must be representatives of employers, workers and self-employed workers. Employers'and employees' representatives should be equal. If a member of the examination committee resigs during his term of office, he shall be replaced for the remainder of his term of office.

The Qualifications Commission shall elect a Chairperson and a Deputy Chairperson from among its members and shall elect the Secretary of State for the term of office. On a proposal from the Committee of Inquiry, the Board of Education may appoint an external secretary. Where appropriate, permanent experts may be appointed to the RACs.

The Qualifications Commission shall meet in the chair or, in his absence, at the invitation of the Vice-President. A quorum shall be quorum when the President or the Vice-President and at least half of the other members are present. Cases shall be settled by simple majority. In the event of a tie, the opinion, which the Presidency has supported, is exactly the opinion. The selection shall be made by the vote on a tie.

Contracts for the organisation of such examinations

The contract for the organisation of such examinations shall include at least:

(1) examinations covered by the contract;

(2) the diplomas;

(3) the organisation of qualifications;

(4) the assessors of the examinations;

(5) the possibility of performing an examination certificate without any preparatory training;

(6) charges for participating in training courses without preparatory training;

(7) the organisation of information and advice on costs incurred by participants in qualifications and qualifications;

(8) a procedure for settling disputes concerning the agreement; and

(9) the validity of the contract and the termination and termination of the contract.

The National Board of Education must assist the Qualifications Committees in the examination of the qualifications of educational institutions.

Certificates of examination

Certificate of preparation and other training

The certificate referred to in Article 9 (a) of the Professional Adult Education Act for participation in preparatory training and other training includes information on the content of the training and duration of training. The certificate shall be signed by the training organiser.

Assessment of qualifications

Skills accepted in vocational secondary qualifications are assessed using the scale of thanks (3), good (2) and satisfactory (1). In the case of professional and specialised vocational qualifications, competence is assessed on a scale accepted/rejected.

Withdrawal of the right to study

Article 11 (9) of the Law on Vocational Training for the withdrawal of the right to study shall apply to the following studies of professional or specialised vocational qualifications:

(1) in the humanities and education sectors, a vocational qualification, a vocational qualification and a vocational qualification, as well as a vocational qualification for children and young people, in the field of education and training;

Article 11 (9) of the Law on Vocational Training for the withdrawal of the right to study shall apply to the following studies of professional or specialised vocational qualifications:

§ 9
Apprenticeship training

Apprenticeship training is valid, as provided for in the Regulation on vocational training.

ARTICLE 10
Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1999.

Before the entry into force of this Regulation, measures may be taken to implement it.

Entry into force and application of amending acts:

18.6.2003/5631:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2003.

29.12.2005/20:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2006.

Before the entry into force of this Regulation, the provisions in force at the time of entry into force of this Regulation shall apply.

15/05/2015:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2012.

9.10.2014/8:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2015.

26.3.2015/330:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2015. However, Article 8 shall not enter into force until 1 January 2016.

Article 8 of the Regulation applies to students who have commenced a professional qualification, a special professional qualification of the security administrator or a professional qualification for the professional qualification of the environment in the field of waste and the transport of dangerous goods. Studies on or after 1 January 2016.
