Regulation concerning the treatment of application cases in general law

The presentation of the Minister for Justice is governed by the law of 30 April 1986 on the processing of application cases in general (307/86) In accordance with:

ARTICLE 1

The person concerned may submit a written statement, within the meaning of Article 11 (1) of the Law on the Processing of Application cases, to the Office of the Court of Justice by post or via a transmitter. In this case, the application of certain documents to the courts shall apply mutatis mutandis to the (248/65) Provisions.

ARTICLE 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 1991.
