The Ministry of Transport is the driving force of the driving licence (845/90) (1) adopted the following provisions:

CHAPTER 1

Issue of driver instruction

ARTICLE 1 (28.08.2008/559)
Theoretical instruction quantity

The student must be given theoretical instruction:

1) for categories A1 and A for at least 12 hours;

2) for category B for at least 20 hours;

3) for category C1 for at least 9 hours;

4) for category C for at least 12 hours or, if the student has a Category C1 driving licence, 3 hours;

(5) for C1E for at least 8 hours;

(6) For the purposes of the "ce" category, at least 15 hours or, if the student has a category C1E, 7 hours;

(7) for category D1, at least 15 hours or, if the student has a category C1 or C driving licence, at least 9 hours;

(8) For category D, at least 27 hours or, if the student has a category C1 or C driving licence, at least 15 hours or, if the student has a category D1 driving licence, at least 6 hours;

9) for category D1E for at least 8 hours;

10) for categories DE for at least 8 hours.

The driving licence regulation shall be issued to the student Article 28 of (845/1990) Supplementary theoretical instruction in addition to professional qualifications referred to in paragraphs 4, 5 and 7:

1) for category C for at least 1 hour;

2) for the C1E category for at least 3 hours;

(3) for the purposes of the CE category, at least 5 hours;

4) for category D1 for at least 3 hours;

5) for category D for at least 5 hours.

In theory, the duration of the lesson is at least 45 minutes. The theoretical instruction referred to in Article 1 (1) and (2) shall not exceed three hours a day and the theoretical instruction referred to in paragraph 1 (3) to (10) shall not exceed seven hours per day.

By way of derogation from the minimum amount of paragraph 1, the examiner may, by way of derogation from the minimum number of his or her previous or earlier driving privileges, or any other teaching or qualifications acquired by him, be considered as equivalent to the The content of the class curriculum. (7) for category D1, at least 15 hours or, if the student has a category C1 or C driving licence, at least 10 hours;

(8) For category D, at least 40 hours or, if the student has a category C1 or C driving licence, at least 30 hours or, if the student has a category D1 driving licence, at least 15 hours;

9) for category D1E for at least 10 hours;

10) for category DE for at least 10 hours.

In addition to the professional qualifications referred to in Article 28 (4), (5) and (7) of the driving licence, the student must be taught:

1) for category C for at least 2 hours;

2) for the C1E category for at least 3 hours;

(3) for the ce class for at least 10 hours;

4) for category D1 for at least 3 hours;

5) for category D for at least 10 hours;

6) for category D1E for at least 3 hours;

7) for category DE for at least 3 hours.

The length of the driving time referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be 25 minutes. Driving instruction must not exceed four times a day and two driving times in a row. The length of the period referred to in paragraph 1 (3) to (10) and (2) shall be at least 50 minutes. Driving instruction must not exceed four hours per day.

The examiner may take a student's degree, even if he has not been given a minimum number of driving instruction provided for in paragraph 1, provided that he or she has had the right to drive or to have any other education or training that he or she has acquired, or Shall be deemed to be the content of the curriculum of the class in question. However, the minimum amount of teaching referred to in paragraph 1 (3) to (10) shall not fall below the level of complementary training referred to in paragraph 2.

§ 2a. (9.1.2008/43)
The lesson of dark driving

The aim of educating the driving licence is to understand the specific requirements of dark driving and to identify the risks associated with it. The teaching shall include driving displays and exercises at least two driving times and theoretical knowledge instruction at least one lesson. The instruction shall comply with the curriculum drawn up by the Agency. Teaching shall, as far as possible, be provided in a closed area.

The training may also be provided in a simulator approved by the Agency for the use of dark driving in the light of night. Approval shall be subject to the condition that the device, the programme to be used in the teaching, and the teaching space enable the achievement of the objectives set for the teaching of the dark to be taught, and shall be appropriate in accordance with the curriculum adopted for the implementation of the teaching. The device must have at least sufficient evidence and the actual driving force corresponding to the vehicle control devices. The space used shall be the lighting and other conditions applicable to education and to the concentration required for a learning event. Approval is temporary and may be withdrawn if the conditions for approval are no longer met, the conditions for approval are not being met or otherwise properly managed. In accordance with Article 41 (1) of the driving licence, the examiner shall approve the teaching status before its entry into service. Any change in the approved device, programme or teaching mode shall be notified without delay as provided for in the approval decision. The teacher must have the qualification of the driving instructor. He shall provide guidance for the use of the appliance, if necessary to participate in the teaching situation and, after completing the performance, to compare the performance of a student with the risks associated with the dark driving.

The lesson of dark driving must be given in the context of the first phase of driving instruction. However, the teaching of dark driving other than those referred to in paragraph 2 may be carried out in the context of further education if the teaching cannot be provided at the appropriate time at the first stage of the driver's education. The Agency shall give guidance to examiners for determining the time appropriate for teaching. The teaching may also be transferred to postgraduate education as a result of force majeure.

Timing of driving instruction

Prior to driving instruction in transport to a student, basic information on transport and the driver must be taught, as well as an adequate handling of the vehicle, where possible, in a closed area.

Category B driving instruction must be included in the teaching curriculum according to the approved syllabus. Number and provision of further education

In the case of continuous education, theoretical instruction must be given at least four hours. Teaching for categories C1, C, C1E, CE, D1, D, D1E or DE

School vehicles

A school vehicle shall be used:

(1) a motorcycle with two wheels that meets the requirements for a motorcycle used for a driving test, if the training is provided for categories A1 or A;

2) a category B van or a category B passenger car registered at least four persons, provided that the training is provided for category B;

3) C1 category lorries if the training is provided for category C1 and category C lorries, if the training is provided for category C; (28.08.2008/559)

4) D-class bus, if the training is provided for category D and a category D1, if the training is provided for category D1; and

5) A vehicle combination of category E in which the drawbar is a category C1, C, D1 or D corresponding to the teaching class, provided that the teaching is provided for category E. (28.08.2008/559)

School vehicles shall be constructed of normal structures and shall not contain any specific driving relief, unless the vehicle is trained exclusively for pupils whose injury requires the use of such equipment. Notwithstanding the requirement of normal construction, a vehicle with an ABS braking system, an anti-slip system, a standard speed control or other similar device, or a normal design or rear wheel, may be accepted as a school vehicle. § 7 (26.1.2001)
Education permit

Knowledge of the teaching profession of the applicant for education shall be examined using the question material approved by the Agency, unless otherwise specified by the Agency.

The vehicle specified in the licence shall comply with the requirements set out in Article 6 (1) and (2). A vehicle other than category B shall also comply with the requirements of Article 3 (3). § 8
Training permit

Issue of driver education in vocational training courses

In the case of Class C driver training, which is provided in a curriculum-based vocational training course in the context of professional training in the driver's vocational training, the provisions of Articles 1 to 3 shall be governed by the provisions of Articles 1 to 3 on the number of theory and driving instruction and the And the provisions of Articles 10 and 11 on the identification of the teaching vehicle, as well as on student declarations and accounts.

Theoretical test

Driver test

The vehicle used for the driving test shall comply with the requirements for teaching vehicles, as well as the training vehicles referred to in Articles 7 and 8.

Entry into force

This Decision shall enter into force on 1 October 1990.

28.8.2008/559:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 10 September 2008. However, Articles 1 and 2, Article 3 (2) to (4), Article 9 (2), Article 12a, Article 14 (2) (9) and Article 18a shall not enter into force until 10 September 2009 for categories C, C1, CE and C1E and for the teaching thereof.

Prior to the entry into force of this Regulation, the provisions in force at the time of entry into force of this Regulation shall apply to the driving instruction of categories C, C1, CE, C1e, C1E and D and D1. However, this Regulation may also apply to the teaching of D or ce which began before the entry into force of this Regulation.

10.2.2010/93:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 2010.

Pending the entry into force of this Regulation, the provisions of the provisions in force at the date of entry into force of this Regulation shall, for the time being, be used for the purposes of the training referred to in Article 3 (4) of this Regulation. Provided that the track has a valid permit.

5 MAY 2011 TO 548:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 2011.
