Law on the national health registers of healthcare

In accordance with the decision of the Parliament:

ARTICLE 1

For the purposes of this law, national registers of health care are referred to as national central registers containing a person's health status, illness or disability, or treatment measures or measures taken against him; Information on comparable activities.

ARTICLE 2 (25.1.1992)

§ 3 (27.1.1993/38)

§ 5

Regardless of what is laid down in the rest of the law, the records of the national health registers of the health care system shall not be disclosed or used in decision-making concerning registration.

However, the social and health government can be used by the social and health authorities to monitor the social and health government's health personnel. ARTICLE 6

More detailed provisions on the registers of persons referred to in this Act and the implementation of this law shall be laid down by a Regulation.

§ 7

This Act shall enter into force on 1 September 1989.

Before the entry into force of this Act, measures may be taken to implement it.
