Regulation on the educational benefits of pupils in vocational training establishments

The presentation of the Minister for Education is governed by the Law of 3 June 1983 on the educational benefits of pupils in vocational training establishments (498/83) (3) and Article 8 thereof, as referred to in Article 2 (3) of the Law of 12 July 1985 (626/85) :

ARTICLE 1

Law on the educational achievement of pupils of professional pupils (48/83) Articles 5 and 7 shall apply to vocational education and training in adult education, with the exception of night, private and distance learning. (30.12.1989, P.

The provisions of Articles 4, 5 and 7 of the Act referred to in paragraph 1 shall apply to forestry workers undergoing short-term supplementary training and training for forest owners in forestry and forestry management, unless: The pupil receives an advantage from elsewhere. (10.07.1987/648)

§ 3a (10.07.1987/648)

For each working day, an adequate free meal, including breakfast and dinner, shall be provided by the forest and the timber industry to the pupils in education and training in education and training for each working day.

§ 4

More detailed provisions on the implementation of this Regulation shall be adopted by the Ministry of Education, where appropriate.

§ 5

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1986.

Before the entry into force of this Regulation, measures may be adopted for the implementation of the Regulation.

Entry into force and application of amending acts:

10.7.1987/648:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1987.

26 MAY 1989/509:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1989.

By way of derogation from Article 1 (1), the benefits provided for in Articles 5 to 7 of the Act have been set out in Article 1 (1), in which the pupils in the field of night-teaching also receive, before 1986, State aid or State aid. Continue to apply the provisions of Articles 5 to 7 of the Act until the end of 1992.

Before the entry into force of this Regulation, measures may be adopted for the implementation of the Regulation.
