The Transport Minister's presentation is provided for by the Road Traffic Code of 3 April 1981. (267/81) Pursuant to:

CHAPTER 1 (29.4.1994/328)

General provisions

ARTICLE 1 (29.4.1994/328)

This Regulation concerns traffic and traffic control within the meaning of Article 2 of the Road Traffic Code.

ARTICLE 2 (23.12.98)

A military police officer or a military police officer assigned to this mission during the course of the military exercises.

The police may justify a safety inspector to direct traffic on one road by the police and the labour inspectorate, under the supervision of driving and rest periods for the driver of a motor vehicle.

The traffic controller shall also be guided by persons who:

(1) The Administrative Centre has ordered the control of traffic on the road and rail level crossing;

(2) the municipal authority has ordered the control of traffic at a location where tram traffic may pose a risk or harm to other road traffic;

(3) the traffic control authority has ordered the control of traffic on the road or in its vicinity as a result of work or research;

(4) the Road Service or the police have ordered the control of traffic in special transport;

(5) the police have imposed a temporary control of traffic on grounds of sporting competitions, festivals, exhibitions or other similar reasons;

(6) the police, fire or civil protection authority has ordered the control of traffic due to a fire or any other similar cause; or

(7) The police have ordered the control of traffic on the ferry, in the parking area or plant.

In order to control traffic, a police officer other than a uniformed police officer shall use a miniature mark of a miniature sign (prohibited for use in a vehicle).

ARTICLE 3 (29.4.1994/328)

Road signs, traffic lights, road markings and other traffic control equipment as set out below may be used to control traffic.

The road user shall comply with the instructions and orders issued by the traffic control equipment as provided for in the Road Traffic Act.

CHAPTER 2 (29.4.1994/328)

Traffic on the motorway and on the road

§ 4 (29.4.1994/328)

Only motor vehicle traffic is permitted on the motorway and its connection or separation path. However, these roads must not be allowed to drive a motor vehicle with a maximum permissible or structural speed not exceeding 50 kilometres per hour.

The towing of the vehicle on the motorway using a rope, wire or any other device is prohibited. However, in this way, the vehicle broken down on the motorway shall be towed to the next authorised exit.

§ 5 (29.4.1994/328)

The vehicle shall only be driven to the motorway from the start of the road or from the path of accession and from the motorway to the end of the road, or by means of a road trip to the direction of exit.

If the accelerator is missing, the driver of the motorway will be stationary on the motorway. From the accelerator to the motorway, it is necessary to ensure that the transition can take place without risk and other unnecessary obstacles.

The driver departing from the motorway shall, in due time, move mainly to the driving lane in the distance, or to the driving lane indicated by the road sign to the departing traffic. If there is a deceleration lane, we must move on to it as early as possible.

The vehicle shall not be carried on the centre lane separating the motorway from the motorway and the transverse plane connecting it to the vehicle.

The vehicle shall not be reversed or cancelled on the motorway or on the route of its connection or separation. The vehicle shall be stopped or parked, in particular for the designated parking place or rest area. The vehicle shall be stopped by the bus stop in accordance with the provisions relating to signs 531 and 532.

§ 7 (29.4.1994/328)

The vehicle shall be transported most at the time of the free driving lane on the right. However, if the driving lanes are intended to be intended for each road traffic direction, the driver shall use the driving lanes best suited to the conditions and the continuation of the journey.

If the motorway has at least three driving lanes for the same direction, the lorry or a vehicle combination of more than seven metres shall only be carried by one of two driving lanes on the right-hand side, except for the provisions of Article 5 -subject.

The vehicle running above is on the left side of the motorway. However, if the vehicles are in line or are using the driving lanes for a particular road design, or if the overhead vehicle uses the bus lane, driving by the above vehicle, without changing the vehicle, shall be passing by Permitted.

§ 8 (29.4.1994/328)

The provisions set out in Articles 4 to 7 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the railroads as well as to the interfaces and exit routes.

The provisions of Articles 4 to 8 do not apply to a special vehicle warning vehicle and, for overriding reasons relating to the road operator, subject to special conditions of temporary traffic.

The driver of a vehicle on or adjacent to a road or a similar road shall be permitted to deviate from the provisions of Articles 4 to 8 in accordance with the circumstances required and with caution.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 6 (2), the vehicle used for traffic control or the police mission shall temporarily stop or park in a manner appropriate to the task, provided that the traffic is apparently not compromised.

Traffic signs

General
ARTICLE 10 (29.4.1994/328)

The meaning of this Regulation, as described and possible, is the meaning assigned to it by this Regulation.

ARTICLE 11 (29.4.1994/328)

Traffic signs shall be distributed to the warning signs, the front and the front lines, the signs of prohibition and restriction, the signs, the signs, the guide signs, the signalling signs and the additional plates.

Where traffic control requires a road sign which has not been established by this Regulation, a rectangular text plate may be used.

Warning signs
ARTICLE 12 (29.4.1994/328)

The warning label shall be used to indicate a dangerous site or a road link to the traffic in the road. It is not used, however, when the circumstances require special care.

The warning sign is usually shaped like a horizontal triangle. Its tip is directed upwards and its edges are red. The centre of the sea is a pattern indicating the quality of the danger. However, in a variable warning sign, a pattern indicating the quality of the hazard may be fair and the bottom black, the 165 pattern is always shown in the colour of the traffic lights: red, yellow and green. However, the pattern of the sign may differ from the pattern set out below, but not materially. (18/122008/961)

ARTICLE 13 (29.4.1994/328)

The warning sign shall be placed, unless otherwise specified below, on the right side of the track or above the track. When the mark is placed on the right side of the track, a similar mark may be placed on a platform, on the left side of the track, on the left side or above the track. (18/122008/961)

Unless otherwise specified below, a warning label shall be placed at least 150 metres and not more than 250 metres before the hazard position. However, the sign shall be placed at a distance of 500 metres before the hazard position. In the rest of the spectrum, and for a specific reason, the warning sign can be placed closer to the place of danger than is provided for. If the warning signal is placed further above the target, an additional plate of 815 shall be used for the label. If necessary, the warning sign may be repeated.

The warning sign may be used as a precedent of 611-616 and 631-633.

ARTICLE 14 (29.4.1994/328)

Frontal and evading marks shall be placed on the right side of the track. For a specific reason, the same mark may also be placed on the platform on the track, on the left side of the track or above the track.

The label shall indicate that the vehicle entering the intersection or road must always be stopped at the stopping line. Where there is no stopping line, the vehicle must be stopped immediately before crossing the road to a point that is as good as possible on the intersection. The mark also shows that vehicles and trams which arrive at the intersection on a cross-crossing road or from a front-off point of view are to be avoided. In the transport circle, the label shows that the vehicle entering the roundabout must be stopped and it must evade vehicles and trams using the roundabout. The railway level crossing indicates that the vehicle must be stopped at the mark before crossing the level crossing. (23.12.98)

Prohibition and restriction signs
§ 15 (18/122008/961)

The indication of a prohibition or restriction is usually circular and red-red. However, in the case of a marked sign, the pattern of the mark may be pale and black, with 351 and 353 on the left-hand vehicle, however, the vehicle is red. However, the pattern of the sign may differ from the pattern set out below, but not materially.

The prohibition or restriction shall be placed on the right side of the road or the track. Mark 361 may be placed above the headband alone, thereby demonstrating the speed limit of the torso adjacent to the headband and adjacent to the torso. The prohibition or restriction within the meaning of the prohibition or restriction mark shall begin at the mark, unless otherwise indicated by the additional plate. Indications of prohibition and restriction may also be used in advance payments between 611 and 616 and 631-633.

The scope of the prohibition or restriction mark shall extend, unless otherwise provided below, or by a supplementary shield, to the mark indicated for the end of the prohibition or restriction to be addressed or to the opposite direction.

The figure in the label indicates the maximum vehicle speed per hour. The mark shall be valid on that road until the following entry is 361 to 363, 572, 573 or 575. The mark shall also expire on sign 571, unless a new speed limit has been established immediately after the mark 571. (23.6.2010/625)

Mark 371

Detention is prohibited for reasons other than the mandatory traffic barrier on the side of the road to which the mark is placed. The mark shall be valid until the entry point 371 to 376, 381 or 382 at the next public road or street, or to the parking place of 520 or 521 by mark 520 or 521, unless the shorter impact zone has been shown on an additional plate. The mark may be used in a miniature device to cover a parking meter to indicate that it is prohibited to stop at the site concerned.

According to the Road Traffic Act, the stamp does not apply to stopping on the sidewalk or on a wheelset and, pursuant to this Regulation, it is not permitted to stop a bus or tram stop.

Mark 411 is located at or beyond the intersection. Signs 412 to 416 are placed on the right side of the track. For specific reasons, they may also be placed on the left side of the track or on the platform on the track. Signs of 412 to 415 may be used as a scheduled grouping of groupings to be placed above the relevant headbands. Signs 417 and 418 shall be placed on the transport platform or other obstacle. Signs 421 to 427 shall be placed on the right or on the right side of the road or part of the road. Exceptionally, they may be placed solely on the left of the road or part of the road.

The signs shall be used to assign all vehicle directions to the vehicle at the intersection. The mirror images can also be used and arrows can be applied according to the situation. Arrows 412 to 415 can be combined. In the area where signs 412 to 415 are used for driving, it is prohibited to replace each one. However, by way of derogation from the group arrangement between 412 and 415, a left-hand cyclist or a moped driver shall drive directly across the intersection across the right lane to the right traffic.

Mark 416

The sign indicates that the vehicle shall circumvent the roundabout, the intersection, or any other obstacle to the counterclockwise. However, a bicycyclist, a moped, a snowmobile and a rider may deviate from the prescribed order, provided that the signs 422-427 have been shown.

The label shall indicate the snowmobile route. The carriage of non-motorised vehicles on a snowmobile route shall be prohibited. CHAPTER 4

Traffic lights

§ 22 (15/11/98)

For the purpose of passing the traffic on a fixed light, the lights shall be as follows:

(1) The red light indicates that the vehicle is not allowed to ignore the main direction indicator referred to in paragraph 3 below and not the stopping line. When, in addition to the red light, the yellow light is shown, this light turns green as soon as possible.

2) The green light indicates that the vehicle may bypass the main signalling and the stopping line. Notwithstanding the green light, the driver shall provide a seamless passage to a pedestrian who, in the appropriate order, has entered or enters the crosswalk. The driver of a vehicle turning in the intersection must also avoid a bicycle, a moped and a pedestrian crossing the road. In addition, the driver on the left must avoid traffic in the future.

(3) The yellow light alone indicates that the vehicle must not ignore the main signalling or the stopping line. However, if the vehicle has come so far that, when the light is switched from green to yellow, it cannot be stopped, it shall bypass the main signalling and the stopping line.

ARTICLE 56

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 1982.
