Presentation of the Minister for Justice In Chapter 12 of the Court of Justice Under Article 24a, as amended by the Law of 23 May 1980 (195/81) :

ARTICLE 1

A criminal case against which a summons or an invitation to appear before the Court of Finland shall be served in Norway or Denmark shall not be used coercive measures.

ARTICLE 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on 29 April 1981.

This Regulation repeals In Chapter 12 of the Court of Justice Decree of 29 July 1976 on the application of Article 24a (657/76) .
