The Ministry of trade and industry has explosives regulation of 1 February 1980 (85/80) (4) and pursuant to article 109 Chapter 1 General section 1 determined in this decision, the provisions of the regulation provides more precise explosive (473/93) for the manufacture of explosives, the application of the labelling, packaging, storage, transport, and the explosive factory in the factory area, storage area and on the job site as well as the handling in the port.
