The presentation of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Ministry of Finance under the responsibility of the Ministry of Finance is governed by the provisions of the (529/80) Pursuant to:

ARTICLE 1

An application for a payment or compensation to the State for the payment of a fee or compensation shall be submitted to the Treasury, addressed to the Office or to an institution which oversees the interest of the State in respect of that payment or compensation In the execution.

ARTICLE 2

The application shall be accompanied by a statement of the reasons justifying the application, certified copies of the documents on which the obligation to pay or reimbursement is based or, where the liability is not established, a statement of injury And, where appropriate, an explanation of the financial position of the payment or compensation obligation.

ARTICLE 3

The authority referred to in Article 1 shall submit an application with the annexes and its own opinion to the Treasury.

For a specific reason, the authority referred to in paragraph 1 may submit a proposal for exemption or relief.

§ 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1980.
