In accordance with the decision of Parliament provides for identification of the characters: section 1 of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal symbol designations of the Red Cross or Geneva Cross, the Red Crescent, the Red Crystal, as well as the protection of the population, the international logo may not be used other than in the cases permitted by law. The Red Cross symbols mean the Red Cross on a white background, the use of which is provided for in the Geneva Conventions (Treaty Series 8/1955) as well as the protection of victims of international armed conflicts and the international character of the protection of victims of armed conflicts in the additional protocols to the Geneva Conventions (Treaty Series 82/1980). For the purposes of the Red Crescent symbols of the Red Crescent on a white background, the use of which is provided for in the Geneva Conventions, as well as the protection of victims of international armed conflicts and the international character of the protection of victims of armed conflicts in the additional protocols to the Geneva Conventions.
