In accordance with the decision of the Parliament:

ARTICLE 1

The emblem of the red cross, the emblem of the red crystal, the emblem of the red crystal, the red cross or the Geneva cross, the red Crescent, the red crystal, the red crystal and the international symbol of civil protection shall not be used in any other than: In the cases permitted by this law. International organisations of the Red Cross and their duly legitimate staff shall be entitled to use the symbols and names of the red cross, the red Crescent and the red crystal, as referred to in Article 1 (2) to (4) Provided for in the conventions and additional protocols. The Finnish Red Cross, with the agreement of the Finnish Red Cross, has the same right as national associations of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent Movement in Finland for activities in Finland.

With the agreement of the participating States, medical and spiritual personnel involved in United Nations operations may use one of the characteristics referred to in Article 1 (2) to (4).

Subject to the agreement of the Finnish Red Cross, the Health Care Centre shall authorise the use of the symbol of the Red Cross for the marking of vehicles intended for the transport of medical vehicles and for the detection of places of first aid stations which: Is reserved exclusively for the free treatment of disabled persons or sick persons.

ARTICLE 6

In any business or otherwise unauthorised use of the marks, images or nominations referred to in Articles 1 and 2 shall be condemned: Unauthorised use of the internationally protected symbol Fine or imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months, unless the act is subject to a heavier penalty elsewhere in the law.

§ 7

The entry into force of this Act is governed by a regulation

This law repeals the Law of 27 January 1933 on the protection of certain labels and names used in international medical care, inter alia (14/20) .

The entry into force of this Act is laid down by a Council regulation.
