In accordance with the decision of the Parliament:

The international symbol of the protection of civil society refers to a blue triangular blue triangle, the use of which is governed by the Geneva Conventions on the protection of the victims of international armed conflicts An additional protocol.
Signs, pictures or names similar to those referred to in Article 1 shall not be used.
The emblem of the Red Cross and, where appropriate, temporarily the emblem of the red and the red crystal and the names shall be used during armed conflict to protect medical and spiritual personnel, as referred to in Article 1 (2) to (4). The conventions and additional protocols referred to in Article 1 (2) to (4) provide for the establishment of military medical and spiritual personnel as provided for in the conventions and additional protocols referred to in Article 1 (2) to (4).
International organisations of the Red Cross and their duly legitimate staff shall be entitled to use the symbols and names of the red cross, the red Crescent and the red crystal, as referred to in Article 1 (2) to (4) Provided for in the conventions and additional protocols. The Finnish Red Cross, with the agreement of the Finnish Red Cross, has the same right as national associations of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent Movement in Finland for activities in Finland.
The Red Cross of Finland shall use the name and the emblem of the Red Cross and, if necessary, the symbol of the red crystal, as provided for in the conventions and additional protocols referred to in Article 1 (2) and (4).
In the cases provided for in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article, the symbol of the red crystal may also be used for the purposes of demonstrating that it is placed on the inside of any other distinguishing sign recognised by the Geneva Conventions or The combination of the symbols.
With the agreement of the participating States, medical and spiritual personnel involved in United Nations operations may use one of the characteristics referred to in Article 1 (2) to (4).
Subject to the agreement of the Finnish Red Cross, the Health Care Centre shall authorise the use of the symbol of the Red Cross for the marking of vehicles intended for the transport of medical vehicles and for the detection of places of first aid stations which: Is reserved exclusively for the free treatment of disabled persons or sick persons.
During the armed conflict, the international symbol of civil protection shall be used to protect civil protection activities as provided for in Article 1 (5). (7.11.2008/8)
With the agreement of the Ministry of the Interior, a civil protection international symbol will be used during the peace process as a symbol of civil protection.
In any business or otherwise unauthorised use of the marks, images or nominations referred to in Articles 1 and 2 shall be condemned: Unauthorised use of the internationally protected symbol Fine or imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months, unless the act is subject to a heavier penalty elsewhere in the law.
The entry into force of this Act is governed by a regulation
This law repeals the Law of 27 January 1933 on the protection of certain labels and names used in international medical care, inter alia (14/20) .
The entry into force of this Act is laid down by a Council regulation.
