In accordance with the decision of the Parliament:

ARTICLE 3 (17.12.2010/1135)

An appropriation is entered in the State budget each year, which shall be distributed to support the work and study of artists in the various arts in the form of a 545 grant-year grant equivalent to the State's artist grant. The grant period may not be less than six months and not more than five years.

In addition, an appropriation is entered in the State budget, which will be distributed to highly decorated artists for 22 fellowships in the form of the State's artistic fellowship (a highly decorated artist's grant). The grant period shall not exceed 10 years and the beneficiary shall have the right to use the title of the artist professor during the grant period.

When awarding artistic grants, care must be taken to take account of linguistic and regional aspects.

The art promotion centre decides the size of the State's artist grant. (30.11.2012/658)

A decree of the Council of State may provide that the artist grant may, for a particular reason, be awarded to a person other than the artist referred to in paragraph 1.

§ 3a (31.1.1995/143)

For the purposes of allocating artistic grants, they shall be awarded each year for at least 30 fellowships per year for young people or artists at the beginning of their careers. (14.4.2000/367)

In allocating at least three-year artists' fellowships and allocation of target funds, priority shall be given to artists who have already demonstrated creativity. An artist grant may, for a five-year period, be awarded to artists who have proved themselves in a succession in succession, who do not have a full-time job or work relationship. (14.4.2000/367)

§ 4 (30.11.2012/658)

The President of the Republic may (657/2012) Shall grant an academic title to a highly creditworthy artist. Such a title may be at the same time not more than 11 artists. The licence to be awarded shall be free of charge.

The grant of the grant is decided by the State Art. 6 of the Law on the Promotion of Art.

The decision to grant a grant may require an adjustment from the author of the decision in such a way as to: (2003) Provides.

The decision to amend the request for adjustment may appeal to the administrative court, as in the case of administrative law, (18/06/1996) Provides. A complaint must be made only on the grounds that the decision is unlawful. An appeal to the decision of the administrative court shall be lodged only if the Supreme Administrative Court grants an appeal.

The State Aid Act applies to the implementation of the grant or grant decision. (688/2001) Article 35 .

The State's art office may make it a condition of obtaining the State's artistic grant as a condition that the recipient of the grant is not in a position paid for his grant.

The State artist grant is paid per calendar month in accordance with the criteria agreed upon by the general increase in the remuneration of civil servants. There is a justification for departing from the payment schedule.

The artists' grants provided for in this Act shall otherwise be subject to the provisions of the State Aid Act.

§ 5 (28/04/2013)

The Decree of the Council of State may provide for powers to determine the amounts of grants available in the various fields of art. The Regulation may also provide for time periods for applying for and issuing an artist grant, as well as the start and modification of the grant period and the redistribution of the grant.

Furthermore, the Decree of the Council of State may provide for more detailed provisions on the pension payable to the beneficiaries of the artist grant before 1 January 2009 and for whom and for what purposes artists' grants may be awarded.

ARTICLE 6

This Act shall enter into force on 1 January 1970.

Even before the entry into force of this Act, measures may be taken to implement it.

The posts of the artist professor shall be converted into an 'artistic grant' within the meaning of Article 3 (2) of this Act as the term 'temporary posts' shall expire, but not later than 1 September 2014. At the time of entry into force of this Act, the provisions of Article 1 shall continue to apply to the posts of the artist professor.
