In accordance with the decision of the Parliament, provides for: 1 section (December 29, 2009/1681) in the territorial sea in the foreign trade of the peace in the ordinary course of transit, which has gone to a foreign port, the authorities of Finland shall not provide or use coercive measures for the investigation of an offence, which was before the vessel enters that area of the sea, unless the ship is no different from the issue of the territorial waters of Finland for internal or not in the Finnish economic zone Act (1058/2004) or the protection of the environment in maritime law (1672/2009) referred to in the Finnish economic zone, the foreign vessel was a crime.
