The Board referred to in Article 1 (a) of the Act on grants and grants to authors and translators is composed of the President, the Vice-President and the seven other members appointed by the Ministry of Education for a period of three years. Grants shall be paid at once and shall be paid in the appropriate instalments each month at the beginning of each month, unless the Board decides otherwise.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1984.
