The presentation of the Ministry of Trade and Industry is governed by the law of 12 November 1954 (410/54) ) In accordance with Article 4:

ARTICLE 1

The payment shall be borne by the customs office when the vessel for the first time in a calendar year is to be entered in foreign traffic.

The payment shall be made at the same time as the other charges levied on the customs office.

ARTICLE 2

The payment of a fee shall be exempt from the vessel, which shall be removed from the port, for the purpose of obtaining or rectifying the travel orders only for the purpose of obtaining or repairing any repairs to the port of Finland, without unloading at the port of Finland other than that of: Which it is reloading, or other goods other than supplies, with fuel or ship supplies for its own needs.

ARTICLE 3

The Customs Government shall inform the State office each month of the amount of money collected during the previous month, and shall reimburse the Treasury with the amount corresponding to its account.

It is for the maritime government to allocate, in the form of grants, an estimate of the amount allocated for State aid in the revenue and expenditure estimates.

Subsidised payment is requested in writing from the Maritime Government, which will also provide more detailed guidance on the application procedure.


This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1955 and shall repeal the Regulation of 8 May 1936 on the levying of a flat-rate charge and the charging fund (190/36) .

Entry into force and application of amending acts:

23.12.1987/1:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1988.
