The Ministry of trade and industry on 12 November 1954, provides for the presentation of the lästimaksusta Act (410/54)) 4, pursuant to article Lästimaksun the following: article 1 of the Customs Office, the position of the ship for the first time in the calendar year the foreign income or menoselvitetään.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1955, and for the collection of the lästimaksurahastosta lästimaksun shall be repealed on 8 May 1936 (190/36).
The change of the date of entry into force and the application of the acts: 23 December 1987/11: This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1988.
