DECREE NO 107
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
WHEREAS:
I. That the existing delimitation between the municipalities that comprise the Department of Freedom does not conform to the present development of the technology in the field of registration and territorial measurement; nor does it conform to the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II. That with the registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Center of Records; it is possible to carry out a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.
III. That a process of dialogue has developed between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Records Center and the Geographic Institute and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the HUIZUCAR-LA LIBERTAD municipal limit No. 0506-0509, which is taken as the basis for the content of this decree and annexed as an integral part of it.
IV. That the Municipal Code in its Art. 23 establishes that it is the faculty of the Legislative Assembly to decree the definition of territorial limits.
V. That according to Art. 131 ordinal 5th of the Constitution it is the competence of this First State Authority to decree, to interpret authentically, to reform and to repeal secondary laws.

DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of Huizucar and La Libertad both of the Department of Liberty, the following:
It consists of a journey, composed of five sections, determined in six points, numbered one to six.
The starting point: It is defined on the central axis of the Aquiquisquillo river where it is intercepted with the extension of the property lines of the one hundred ten, one hundred and twenty-three plots which is point number one at the same time point trifinium for the municipalities of San José Villanueva, Huizúcar and La Libertad, all of the department of La Freedom; its coordinates are: Length equal four hundred and seventy

and three thousand fifty-seven point sixty-seven meters; Latitude equal two hundred and sixty-six thousand six hundred and ninety-eight-point nineteen meters; its adjoining are: for the municipality of San Jose Villanueva: plot One hundred ten from the field zero five fourteen R zero seven, for the municipality of Huizúcar: plot three hundred of the sector zero five zero six R zero eight and for the municipality of La Libertad: parcel one hundred and twenty-three of the sector zero five fourteen R zero seven.
Tramo one, from point number one to point number two: With direction South by the central axis of the Aquiquisquillo river downstream until the property line of the hundred and ninety-four hundred and eighty-three is found, making an extension of the linderline mentioned above with the central axis of the Aquiquisquillo river in the place known as El Salto de Aguja, where the number two point is located, with a distance Approximately two thousand eight hundred and ninety-three point eleven meters, their coordinates are: Length equal four hundred and seventy three thousand two hundred and forty-two meters; Latitude equal two hundred and sixty-four thousand three hundred and fifty and five twenty-nine meters; their adjoining ones are: for the municipality of La Libertad, plots one hundred and twenty-three, one hundred and thirty-one, one hundred and thirty, one hundred twenty-eight, one hundred and twenty-eight, one hundred and twenty-seven, one hundred and twenty-six, two hundred one, two, two hundred and three of the sector zero five fourteen R zero seven, plots one hundred twenty-three, one hundred and twenty-four and one hundred and twenty-one all from the field zero five zero nine R twelve and for the municipality of Huizucar plots three hundred seven, three hundred six, three hundred five, three hundred four all from the field zero five zero six R zero eight, plots twenty-two, twenty-one, one hundred and ninety-four, one hundred and ninety-three, one hundred and ninety-two, one hundred and ninety-one and one and one hundred and ninety, all from sector zero five zero six R zero nine.

Tramo three, from point number three to Point number four: With direction South by the central axis of the river Tacuacin downstream until the linderline is found property of the two hundred and eleven and two hundred and eighty two, making an extension of the line of property mentioned above with the the central axis of the Tacuacin River, in the place known as El Pulido, where the number four point is located, with a distance of approximately one thousand seven hundred and seventy point thirteen meters; its coordinates are: Length equal four hundred and seventy four thousand five hundred and forty-three points ninety meters; Latitude equal two hundred and sixty-three thousand and eighty-five Eighty-eight meters; its adjoining ones are: for the municipality of La Libertad part of plot two hundred and eleven of the field zero five zero six R zero nine, plot four hundred and eighty one and two hundred fifteen of the field zero five zero Six R twelve; for the municipality of Huizucar part east of the plot two hundred and eleven of the field Zero five zero six R zero nine.

Triphinium point of arrival: The trifinium point of arrival is the same that is described as point number six, which at the same time is trifinium point for the municipalities: La Libertad, Huizúcar both from the department of Liberty and Rosario de Mora of the department of San Salvador, its adjoining ones are: for the municipality of Huizucar plot twenty-one Of the sector zero five zero six R ten, for the municipality of Rosario of Mora plot fifty and four of the field zero six eleven R zero six and for the municipality of La Libertad plot eighty five of the field zero five zero six R ten.
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
