DECREE NO 672
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation among the municipalities comprising the Department of Sonsonate, does not conform to the present development of the technology in the field of recording and measurement As well as the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II.-That with the registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Center of Registers; it is possible to
III.-That a process of dialogue has developed between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Records Center and the Geographic and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Act of Limit CALUCO-SONSONATE municipal reference number 0303-0315, which is taken as the basis for the content of this decree and annexed as an integral part of it.
IV.-That according to Art. 131 ordinal 5th of the Constitution is competence of this First State Authority to decree, authentically interpret, reform and repeal secondary laws.

in use of its constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Deputies Carlos Cortez Hernández, Nery Arely Diaz de Rivera, Mildred Guadalupe Machado, Erik Mira Bonilla, Rafael Moran Tobar, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz and Guadalupe Antonio Vásquez Martínez.
DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of Caluco and Sonsonate both of the Department of Sonsonate, the following:
The trace of the municipal limit consists of three routes. The first journey consisting of a single section, determined with two points, numbered one to two, per line of plots; the second journey formed from six sections, determined by seven points, numbered from two to eight, by way of communication land; the third and last leg formed of a single section, determined by two points, numbered eight to nine, by line of plots.
Trifinium Point of Start. It is defined in the central axis of the Chiquihuat river, specifically in the extension of the line of ownership of the plots one, of the field zero three zero three R zero seven and the three hundred fifteen, of the field zero three fifteen R twenty, with the axis central of the mentioned river; place where it is located

Its adjacent ones are, for the municipality of Caluco, parcel one, of the zero sector three zero three R zero seven; for the municipality of Sonsonate, plot three hundred fifteen, of the sector zero three fifteen R twenty and for the municipality of Izalco, plot two hundred thirteen, zero sector three zero six R once.
Journey one. Single section, from point number one to point number two. With a southeastern course, in a broken line, by line of plots, to intercept the central axis of the street that of the town of Caluco leads to the canton and hamlet La Ensenada, specifically in the extension of the property line of the plots one hundred, from the field zero three zero three R zero seven and the one hundred and sixteen, from sector zero three fifteen R nineteen, with the aforementioned street; place where the point number two is located, with an approximate distance of five thousand and twenty-two point Twenty-nine metres. With a southeastern course, in a semi-city line, by the central axis of the street, which leads to the canton and the village of La Ensenada, to the central axis of the town of Caluco, to the central axis of the bankrupt El Monzón, specifically on the bridge, where the point number three, with an approximate distance of eight hundred and seventy-eight points ninety-four meters. Its coordinates are, Length equal four hundred and thirty thousand eight hundred and seventy five zero meters; Latitude equal two hundred and eighty three thousand nine hundred and eighteen points twenty meters. With a southeastern course, in a semi-city line, by the central axis of the new street, which of the town of Caluco leads to the canton and hamlet of La Ensenada, to intercept the central axis of the old street, specifically in the fork that make these streets, where the point number four is located, with an approximate distance of sixty-six point forty-six meters. Its coordinates are, Length equal four hundred thirty thousand nine hundred and thirty-four point zero nine meters; Latitude equal two hundred and eighty-three thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven meters. Journey three. Single section, from point number eight to point number nine. With a southeastern course, in a broken line, by line of plots, until the beginning of the street that of the hacienda San Pedro Sula, leads to the canton Agua Shuca, specifically in the corner of property that form the plots twenty-three and six, both of the Zero sector zero four R zero one, place where the number nine is located, with an approximate distance of five hundred and ninety-seven point forty-two meters. Trifinium Point of Arrival. The point of arrival will be the one described as number nine, which at the same time is trifinium point for the municipalities of Caluco, Sonsonate and Cuisnahuat, all belonging to the department of Sonsonate. Its adjoining are, for the municipality of Caluco, plot twenty-three, of the sector zero three zero four R zero one; for the municipality of Sonsonate, plot six, of the sector zero three zero four R zero one and for the municipality Cuisnahuat, plots eighteen and nineteen, both of the zero-sector three zero four R zero two.
Art. 2.-This Decree will enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
