DECREE NO 682 THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the municipalities that comprise the Department of Sonsonate, does not conform to the present Development of technology in the field of recording and measurement As well as the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II.-That with the registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Center of Registers; it is possible to
III.-That a process of dialogue has developed between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Records Center and the Geographic and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Act of Limit SONSONATE-SONZACATE with reference number 0315 -0316, which is taken as the basis for the content of this decree and annexed as an integral part of it.
IV.-That according to Art. 131 ordinal 5th of the Constitution is competence of this First State Authority to decree, authentically interpret, reform and repeal secondary laws.
BY TANTO, in use of its constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Deputies Carlos Cortez Hernández, Nery Arely Díaz de Rivera, Mildred Guadalupe Machado, Erik Mira Bonilla, Rafael Moran Tobar, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz and Guadalupe Antonio Vásquez Martínez.
DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of Sonsonate and Sonzacate both of the Department of Sonsonate, the following: The trace of the municipal limit consists of three commutes. The first journey formed from a single section, determined by two numbered points from one to two, by natural hydrographic element; the second journey formed from a single section, determined by two points, numbered from two to three, by line of plots; the third and final journey formed of four sections, determined by five points, numbered from three to seven, by land communication paths.
Trifinium starting point. It is defined in the interception, of the extension of the central axis of the road leading to the canton Sisimitepec, with central axis of the river Sensunapan, specifically in the place known as Paso Hondo, where the point number is located one, at the same time trifinium for the municipalities of Sonsonate, Nahuizalco and Sonzacate. Journey one. Single section, from point number one to point number two. Trifinium Point of Arrival. The point of arrival will be the one described as number seven, which at the same time is trifinium point for the municipalities of Sonzacate, Izalco and Sonsonate, all belonging to the department of Sonsonate. Art. 2.-This Decree will enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
