THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.- That the existing delimitation between the municipalities that comprise the Department of Sonsonate does not conform to the present development of technology in the field of registration and territorial measurement; nor to the existing circumstances of social and economic development of the country.

II.- That with the recording technology and the photogrametric models currently available by the National Registry Centre; it is possible to carry out a precise delimitation and demarcation of those limits.

III.- That a process of dialogue has been developed between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Registry Centre and the Geographical Institute and the National Catastro, thus reaching the elaboration and signature of the CUISNAHUAT Municipal Limit Act. SAN JULIAN with reference No. 0304 - 0312, which is taken as a basis for the content of this decree and annexed as an integral part of it.

IV.- According to Art. 131 ordinal 5th of the Constitution is the competence of this First Body of State to decree, interpret authentically, reform and repeal secondary laws.

in use of its constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Deputies Carlos Cortez Hernández, Nery Arely Díaz de Rivera, Mildred Guadalupe Machado, Erik Mira Bonilla, Rafael Morán Tobar, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz and Guadalupe Antonio Vásquez Martínez.

RIGHT:

Art. 1.- It is established as a limit between the municipalities of Cuisnahuat and San Julián of the Sonsonate Department, the following:

The trazo of the municipal boundary consists of five paths: the first path formed from one section, determined with two points numbered from one to two, by natural hydrographic element; the second path formed from four sections, determined with five points numbered from two to six, by liner of plots; the third path formed from one section, determined with two points numbered from six to seven, by natural hydrographic element; the fourth route formed from two sections,

Its neighbors are for the municipality of Cuisnahuat, plot three hundred ten, of sector zero three zero four R zero one; for the municipality of Caluco, plot one hundred, of sector zero three zero three R zero five and for the municipality of San Julián, plot fifty and four, of sector zero three twelve R zero six.

On the southeast, in sinuous form, by the central axis of the Palo Verde ravine, upstream, until reaching the place where the lindero leaves the brook, in this place is the point number two, with a distance of about one thousand nine hundred seventy and nine point sixty-seven meters. Its coordinates are Length equal, four hundred thirty-five thousand nine hundred thirteen point forty-one meters; equal latitude, two hundred eighty-five thousand two hundred ninety-five point forty meters. Traject two.

I bring one, point number two to point number three. On the northeast, in a straight line, by plots, until intercepting the corner of the northeast direction of the plot three hundred ten, place where the point number three is located, with an approximate distance of ninety and nine point seventy and six meters. Its coordinates are: length equals four hundred thirty and six thousand thirteen point zero three meters; latitude equals two hundred eighty-five thousand three hundred point seventy-five meters. Its neighbors are: for the municipality of Cuisnahuat, plot three hundred ten, of sector zero three zero four R zero one; for the municipality of San Julián, plots one hundred thirty and four, one hundred seventy and five, both of sector zero three twelve R zero six.

Southeast, in a straight line, by plots, to the intersection of the central axis of the street that of the town of Caluco leads to the city of San Julián, where the point number four is located, with an approximate distance of two hundred and ninety and six point sixty and one meters. I bring four, from point number five to point number six. Southeast, in a straight line, by plot lynch, to intercept the central axis of the river Tazulá or El Mangón, where the point number six is located, with an approximate distance of one thousand three hundred twenty-four point zero seven meters. Its coordinates are equal length, four hundred thirty-six thousand five hundred thirty-one point eighty-seven metres; equal latitude, two hundred eighty-two thousand seven hundred seventy-two point forty-six meters. Its neighbors are, for the municipality of Cuisnahuat, plots two hundred ninety and eight, three hundred four, both of the sector zero three zero four R zero one; for the municipality of San Julián, plots twenty-one, fifteen, twenty-seven, all of the sector zero three twelve R zero seven.

Single Tram, from point number six to point number seven. On the northeast, in sinuous form, by the central axis of the river Tazulá or El Mangón, upstream, until intercepting the central axis of the street that of the canton and hamlet Peña Blanca leads to the city of San Julián, specifically on the bridge over that river, place where the point number seven is located, with a distance of approximately two thousand seven hundred sixty-seven thirty-seven meters. Its coordinates are equal length, four hundred thirty-eight thousand eight hundred fifty-eight cubits; equal latitude, two hundred eighty-three thousand four hundred ninety-eight cubits and three cubits. Its neighbors are, for the municipality of Cuisnahuat, plots fifty and seven, sixty-one, sixty-four, sixty-five, sixty-six, seventy-nine, seventy-two, all of sector zero three-nine-nine-nine, six-nine, seven-nine, seven-nine, seven-nine, seven-two-nine, nine-nine-nine-nine-nine-nine-nine.

Trifini point of arrival. The point of arrival will be described as number twelve, which at the same time is a trifinite point for the municipalities of Cuisnahuat, San Julián and Santa Isabel Ishuatán, all belonging to the department of Sonsonate. Its neighbors are, for the municipality of Cuisnahuat, plot two hundred seventy six, of sector zero three zero four R zero five; for the municipality of San Julián, plot three, of sector zero three twelve R zero eight and for the municipality of Santa Isabel Ishuatán, plot two hundred fifty and seven, of sector zero three zero five R thirteen.
