1 index Legislative Decree No. 972 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that the existing delineation between the municipalities that comprise the Department of La Libertad, does not conform to the present development of registry technology and territorial measurement; as to the existing circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II.-that the registry technology and models currently available photogrammetric by national records center; It is possible to carry out a delimitation and precise demarcation of those limits.
III.-that has developed a process of dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Center of records and the geographical Institute of the national cadastre, reaching in this way to the drafting and signing of the Act limit municipal CHILTIUPÁN - TAMANIQUE with reference no. 0505-0518, which is taken as the basis for the content of this Decree and attached as an integral part of it.
IV.-that the Municipal Code in its article 23 establishes that it is faculty Dela legislature enacting the definition of territorial boundaries.
V pursuant to article 131 ordinal 5 ° of the Constitution is competition of this prime organ of the State Decree, authentically interpreted, reform and repeal secondary laws.
Therefore, use of his constitutional powers and at the initiative of the deputies Carlos Cortez Hernandez, Nery Arely Díaz de Rivera, Mildred Guadalupe Machado, Erik Mira Bonilla, Rafael Tobar Morán, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz and Guadalupe Antonio Vásquez Martínez and with the support of the Deputy Manuel Vicente Menjívar.
DECREES: Article 1.-is established as the boundary between the municipalities of Chiltiupán and Tamanique both of the Department of La Libertad, the following: the outline of the municipal boundary is comprised of five journeys. The first journey, formed of a single stage, with two points, numbered from one to two, by hydrographic natural element; the second formed two-stage journey, determined with three points, numbered two through four, by way of land communication; the third path made up of three sections, determined with four points, numbered from four to seven, by the boundaries of parcels; the fourth way formed 2 legislative index of a single section, with two points, numbered from seven to eight, terrestrial communication; the fifth and last trip formed of a single stretch, with two numbered points of the eight to nine, by hydrographic natural element.
Point home Trifinio. Located in the interception of the extension of the boundary of property, between hundred and eleven parcels, sector zero five zero seven ten R and the one hundred seventy-three, sector zero five zero five zero R two, with the central axis of the Huiza River, which is point number one, at the same time mojon trifinio for the municipalities of Jayaque Tamanique and Chiltiupán, all belonging to the Department of La Libertad.
