III.-that is has developed a process of dialog between them municipalities involved with the assistance of the Center national of records and of the Institute geographical and of the cadastre national, arriving so of this way to the elaboration and signature of the Act of limit municipal ACAJUTLA-SANTO DOMINGO of GUZMAN with reference no. 0301-0314, which is takes as base for the content of the present Decree and is attached as part integral of the same.
IV.-in accordance to article 131 ordinal 5th of the Constitution is competition this prime organ of the State Decree, authentically interpreted, reform and repeal laws secondary.
