1 index Legislative Decree Nº 22 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that was signed between the Republic of El Salvador and the Kingdom of Spain the basic cooperation agreement between the two countries, which consists of a preamble, fourteen articles, the addendum I related to the entry and residence of workers dated October 29, 2008 Volunteers and interns from the non-governmental organizations for development, universities and other actors of cooperation in El Salvador and the addendum II concerning the background of institutional strengthening for development, basic agreement that was approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through agreement Executive No. 716/2009, dated 24 April 2009 and ratified by the Legislative Assembly through Legislative Decree No. 863 dated April 30, 2009, published in the Official Journal No. 94, volume no. 383 of March 25 of that year.
II.-in accordance with the aforementioned Convention, the Spanish Agency for international co-operation for development (AECID) by order of grant of grant of date June 20, 2011, granted to the Republic of El Salvador through the Secretary of culture of the Presidency of the Republic, the amount of hundred ninety and three thousand seven hundred ninety EUROS (€193,790.00) equivalent to two hundred sixty and seven thousand four hundred twenty-four 88/100 dollars of the United States of AMERICA (US $267,424.88), to Fund intervention in the execution of the project No. 5647 "restoration of the parish church Santa Lucía de Suchitoto, second phase".
III.-According to the setting in the program of public investment of medium term (PRIPME), of the total of the above donation, during this fiscal year 2012 only is required the amount of US $186,430.00, in tasks related to the execution of the project previously referred.
IV.-that the budget Act for the financial year fiscal 2012, approved by Decree legislative No. 918, dated November 23, 2011, published in the Official Journal No. 236, volume no. 393 on December 16 of the same year, in the part corresponding to the Presidency of the Republic, there are budgetary structure and the respective assignment that allows the execution of the aforementioned investment project , reason why it is necessary to introduce corresponding reforms in the sections of income and expenses up to an amount of one hundred eighty and six thousand four hundred and thirty 00/100 dollars from the United States of AMERICA (US $186,430.00).
