III.-that has developed a process of dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Center of records and the geographical Institute of the national cadastre, reaching in this way to the drafting and signing of the Act of municipal limit METAPAN - new conception with reference no. 0207 - 0416, which is taken as the basis for the content of this Decree and attached as an integral part of it.
IV.-that of conformity to the Art. 131 ordinal 5 ° of the Constitution is competition of this organ of the State Decree, interpret authentically, reform and repeal laws secondary.
