DECREES the following: reforms to the law of the Fund's conservation road article 1.-reforming in Art. 8, first paragraph, the paragraph 3, and insert between paragraphs first and last, a second subparagraph, in the following manner: "3.-three elected representatives of the non-governmental sector and appointed by the President of the Republic, an open list of candidates of Union entities of the private company with legal personality" , non-governmental organizations related to the maintenance and road maintenance with legal personality, trade unions of enterprises engaged in activities related to the object of the present law and universities accredited by the Ministry of education; and "the entities mentioned in paragraph 3, that wish to include candidates on the list, must select them according to its domestic"."
Article 2.-replace article 11, paragraph 2, by the following: "2.-owners and alternate representatives of the non-governmental sector will be appointed directly by the President of the Republic."
