INDEX LEGISLATIVE DECREE No. 159

THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I.- by Legislative Decree No. 919, dated November 23, 2011, published in the Official Journal No. 236, Volume No. 393, of December 16 of the same year, the Law on Salaries for the financial year Fiscal year 2012, in which 30 seats technical and administrative Branch Foreign staff were excluded was approved, because they were moved by said Ramo during the Formulation of the Budget 2012, the Wage System Act to Contracts.
II has been determined that those places involve the execution of functions permanent and indispensable for achieving institutional goals and objectives; so it is necessary to reform the current Wages Act, in order to incorporate them again in the share of the Field of Foreign Affairs.
THEREFORE,
in exercise of its constitutional powers and initiative of the President of the Republic, through the Minister of Finance, DECREES
:
Art. 1. In the current Wages Act, Section I- WAGES WITH APPLICATION TO STATE BUDGET in the share Bouquet of Foreign Affairs, the modifications introduced in the Budget and lines of work are detailed below Units, thus:
A. In the Budget Unit 01 Management and Institutional Administration, Working Line 01 Senior Management, Code 2012-0800-1-01-01-21-1, Amend the number of seats in items 6 and 18, adicionándoles a square, respectively; also hereby added Item No. 11-bis, with a square and a monthly salary as well:

Art. 2. The places that move from the different budget lines and related Working 30 seats Contracts System Units are deleted according to the lists available to the Ministry of Finance.
Art. 3. This reform will be financed with the resources programmed in different Budget and Lines of Work Units, Item 51 Earnings, which are currently funded places by the contract system.
Art. 4. This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
