1 Decree No. 188 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-who dated June 10, 2010, approved the Legislative Decree No. 382, which contains the transitional law for the regulation of registration of companies and local records, in order to help companies obtaining or renewal of validity of the registration of companies which was published 25 of June of the year one two thousand and ten, and had a period of one year from the date of its publication in the official journal;
II.-that dated 13 of October of two thousand eleven, was approved the Legislative Decree No. 875, which extended the transitional law for the regulation of registration of companies and local records, indicated in recital above;
III.-that the article 102, paragraph 2 of the Constitution establishes that the State will encourage and protect private initiative within the conditions needed to increase national wealth, for the benefits of this to the greatest number of inhabitants of the country;
IV.-that the same trade code sets, that the individual merchant shall enroll your business request to be presented to the trade register, and the business of social a dealer will enroll to be registered its articles of incorporation in the register of Commerce;
V-that nowadays there are many enterprises, mainly small and medium, which in different circumstances have not been able to comply with have current enrolments to which reference has been made, and there is the will of their owners or representatives that they are regularized, with the purpose of not found outside the respective laws provisions;
VI.-that for the reasons stated before in the previous recital, it is necessary to give effective again to the transitional law for the regulation of registration of companies and local records, for a period of three months from the entry into force of this Decree, so that in this period, concerned social and individual traders who still do not have registration of the company or any of its annual renewals , they can comply with the obligation to have force in accordance with the law.

LEGISLATIVE index 2 DECREES the following: transitional law for regulation of registration of company and registration of local article 1.-social and individual retailers will have the benefit to obtain first company registration or renewed registration of enterprise that is not current, as well as the registration of branches, agencies or commercial premises or INDUSTRIALISTS to the registry of trade , FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR COUNTED STARTING FROM THE ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THIS DECREE, WITH ONLY THE REQUEST CORRESPONDING TO THE YEAR 2012, WITHIN THE PERIOD OF THE 2013 FISCAL YEAR, ONLY OF THE PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION AND BALANCE SHEET CLOSING OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2011, DULY AUDITED BY AN ACCOUNTANT LEGALLY AUTHORIZED ACCOMPANIED WHEN SO REQUIRED BY LAW. AS A RESULT, ANY RIGHT TO REGISTRATION OR FINES CAUSED CORRESPONDING TO PERIODS PRIOR TO THE YEAR 2012, REMAIN WITHOUT EFFECT DURING THE TERM OF THE PRESENT DECREE. (1) article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force as from the day of its publication in the official journal.
