1 DECREE No. 192
THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
I.- on November 8, 2012, the Legislative Plenary met the motion of Deputy President of this Legislative Assembly, Sigfrido Reyes in that permission be granted to Dr. Juan Daniel Alemán, Secretary General of the Central American Integration System (SICA), so you can accept the Award of the "Order Bernardo O'Higgins" in the Grade of Grand Officer , which has conferred the Government of Chile.
II.- That pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 23º of Art. 131 of the Constitution, it is appropriate to grant the requested permit.
