1 Decree Nº 257 the Assembly Legislative of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, in accordance with provisions of article 131 ordinal 19 th, of the Constitution, Art.11 of the Judicial Organization Act, and subsection 2 ° of article 101 of the regulations inside of the Assembly legislative, DECREES: article only: choose judge substitute of the Supreme Court, instead of the Attorney José María Méndez Mariona who passed away on 11 October of the year 2012, to the Attorney José Oscar Armando Pineda Navas, whose period of functions starts at this date and concludes on June 30 of the year 2021.
The substitute judge, elected, paid on the same date, before this Assembly, protest referred to in Article 235 of the Constitution.
GIVEN in the blue room of the Legislative Palace: San Salvador, on the tenth day of the month of January of the year two thousand thirteen.
