DECREE No. 306 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I. That the existing boundary between the municipalities comprising the Department of La Paz, not it is set to present development of technology in land registration matters and measurement; nor to the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II.- with the registration technology and photogrammetric models currently available by the National Registration Center; It is possible to perform a precise delimitation and demarcation of these boundaries.
III that has developed a process of dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Registration Center and the Geographic Institute and National Cadastre, reaching in this way to the drafting and signing of the municipal boundary SAN JUAN NONUALCO - San Rafael Obrajuelo with reference No. 0810 - 0817, which is taken as the basis for the content of this decree and is attached as an integral part thereof.
IV.- That pursuant to Art. 131 ordinal 5 of the Constitution is the responsibility of the State Body enact, authentically interpret, amend and repeal secondary laws.
THEREFORE,
in exercise of its constitutional powers and initiative of Deputies Guadalupe Antonio Vasquez Martinez, Manuel Vicente Menjivar, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz, Carlos Cortez Hernández, Nery Arely Diaz de Rivera, Carmen Lucia Ayala Leon , Audelia Kleutgens Guadalupe Lopez, Mario Alberto Tenorio Guerrero and Guevara exdiputados Santos Ramos, Karla Gisela Abrego and Mildred Guadalupe Machado. Art. 1. It is established as the boundary between the municipalities of San Juan and San Rafael Nonualco Obrajuelo, both of the Department of La Paz, the following:
The stroke of the municipal boundary is formed by nine routes. The first route consists of three sections, some with four points numbered 1 to 4, by hydrographic natural element; the second path formed from a single length determined by two points, numbered 4 to 5, by boundaries of plots; the third path, formed from a single length determined by two points, numbered from 5 to 6, by terrestrial communication; the fourth path, formed from a single length determined by two points, numbered 6 to 7, by boundaries of plots; the fifth path, consisting of seven sections, determined by eight points, numbered 7 to 14, by hydrographic natural element; the sixth route, consisting of two sections, determined with three points, numbered from 14 to 16, by terrestrial communication; the seventh path, consisting of a stretch,

determined with two points, numbered 16 to 17, on the borders of plots; the eighth route, consisting of two sections, determined by three points, numbered 17 to 19, by hydrographic natural element; the journey ninth, consisting of three sections, determined by four points, numbered 19 to 22, for parcel boundaries.
Trifinio Start Point. It is located at the intersection of the central axis of the street, which the canton and village San Pedro Martir leads to canton and village San Antonio Abajo, with the central axis of Huiscoyolapa river, specifically on the bridge of the river, where is located the point number one, at the same time trifinio for the municipalities of San Juan Nonualco, San Rafael Obrajuelo and Santiago Nonualco, all belonging to the department of La Paz. Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
