DECREE No. 313 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I. That the existing boundary between the municipalities comprising the Department of Sonsonate, not it is set to present development of technology in land registration matters and measurement; nor to the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II.- with the registration technology and photogrammetric models currently available by the National Registration Center; It is possible to perform a precise delimitation and demarcation of these boundaries.
III that has developed a process of dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Registration Center and the Geographic Institute and National Cadastre, reaching in this way to the drafting and signing of the municipal boundary ARMENIA - Sacacoyo with reference No. 0302 - 0513, which is taken as the basis for the content of this decree and is attached as an integral part thereof.
IV.- That pursuant to Art. 131 section 5, of the Constitution is the responsibility of the State Body First enact, authentically interpret, amend and repeal secondary laws.
THEREFORE,
in exercise of its constitutional powers and initiative of Deputies Carlos Cortez Hernández, Nery Arely Diaz de Rivera, Rafael Tobar Morán, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz, Antonio Vasquez Guadalupe Martinez and former deputy Erik Bonilla Look. DECREES

Art. 1. It is established as the boundary between the municipalities of Armenia and Sacacoyo of the Departments of Sonsonate and La Libertad, the following:
The stroke of the municipal boundary consists of fifteen routes. The first path consists of two sections, determined with three points numbered 1 to 3, by hydrographic natural element; the second path formed from a single length determined with two numbered points of 3 to 4, by boundaries of plots; the third path formed of a stretch, given two points numbered four through five through railway line; the fourth path formed of a stretch, given two numbered points of 5 to 6, on the edge of plot; the fifth path formed of a stretch, given with two numbered points 6 to 7, by terrestrial communication; the sixth path formed of a stretch, given with two numbered points 7 to 8, by boundaries of plots; the seventh path formed of three sections, determined with four numbered points 8 to 11, by terrestrial communication; the eighth path formed by a length determined with two

numbered points 11 to 12, by hydrographic natural element; the ninth path formed of a stretch, given with two numbered points 12 to 13, by terrestrial communication; the tenth path formed of a stretch, given with two numbered points 13 to 14, for parcel boundaries; the eleventh path formed of a stretch, given with two numbered points 14 to 15, by way of land communication, the tenth second path formed of a stretch, given with two numbered points 15 to 16, for parcel boundaries; the thirteenth path formed of two sections, determined with three numbered points 16 to 18, by terrestrial communication; the fourteenth path formed of a stretch, given with two numbered points 18 to 19, for parcel boundaries; the fifteenth and final path formed of a stretch, given with two numbered points 19 to 20, by terrestrial communication.
Trifinio start point. Is defined at the intersection of the central axis of the street, the village of El Tigre leads to the Hacienda Las Pampas, with the central axis of Copapayo river, where the point is placed number one at the same trifinio time for the municipalities of Sacacoyo and Ciudad Arce, both belonging to the department of La Libertad and Armenia, from the department of Sonsonate. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred fifty and zero one thousand nine hundred and sixty-four point two meters; the same latitude, two hundred ninety-three thousand five hundred sixty-eight point zero meters. Heading east, in semirrecta line along the central axis of Copapayo river upstream to the mouth of Cold River (which is channeled) on the Copapayo river, where the point number two, is located with a distance of thirty one point forty three meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred fifty-one thousand nine hundred sixty-eight point ninety-two meters; the same latitude, two hundred ninety-three thousand five hundred thirty-seven point twenty-three meters. Its surrounding are, for the municipality of Sacacoyo, twenty-seven and twenty-eight plots, both the sector zero five thirteen or eleven; for the municipality of Armenia, plot hundred ninety-nine, zero-three-zero sector two R zero five.
Section two point to point number two number three. Heading east, in semirrecta line along the central axis of Cold River (so channeled), upstream to intercept the edge of property, dividing the plots in 1875 (Cooperative Copapayo), the sector zero three zero two R zero five and two hundred and one, the sector R zero one zero five thirteen, where the point number three, is located with a distance of approximately eight hundred thirty point ninety thou and five meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred fifty-one thousand eight hundred eighty-one about fifteen meters; the same latitude, two hundred ninety-one thousand seven hundred thirty-one point forty-one meters.
