DECREE No. 325 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I.- The "Revival Center Church International Maranatha" is an entity of interest and particularly religious, non-political and non-profit, whose objectives, among others, are preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to the Scriptures, and to establish centers ministerial studies for ordination of ministers of the Gospel.
II.- to achieve its objectives, the country introduced a donation of medicines, which will be used in medical conference to be held in various parts of the country and attended by doctors belonging to "Friends for Good Healts" .
III.- That pursuant to the powers that this Legislature conferred by the Constitution of the Republic, is exempt from paying taxes, including warehousing, which may cause the introduction to the country cited the donation and the payment of migrant rights of doctors that will cover medical journey.
THEREFORE,
in exercise of its constitutional powers and initiative of the deputy Sandra Marlene Garcia Salgado. DECREES

Art. 1. exonerated to the "International Center Maranatha Revival Church", payment of taxes, including warehousing, as well as payment of migrant rights into the country of 35 doctors that will cover the medical conference to be held in different places the country, except for the Tax on the Transfer of Movable Property and Provision of Services (VAT), which are detailed below:

The exemption is subject to the supervision and control that exercise the respective tax authorities. The representatives of that Church, must submit to the Assembly within 45 days of the event, a report duly signed and stamped by an auditor responsible for distributing them.
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
