1 Decree Nº 351 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that the charity Association of Italian ladies, is a non-political and non-profit, whose objectives, among others, are promoting and charitable activities, social assistance, charity, cultural, scientific, literary and artistic promotion.
II.-that for the achievement of its objectives will introduce to the country merchandise from of Italy, which will be marketed in the event called Bazaar Italian, whose funds is go to finance them programs of charity that performed.
III. that in accordance with the powers as to this legislature gives the Constitution of the Republic, is exempt from the payment of taxes, including warehousing, which can cause the introduction to the country of the goods in reference.

The exemption granted, is without prejudice of the surveillance and control that must exercise those agencies fiscal respective. Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the official journal.
