DECREES the following reform to the code of work article 1.-added the d) to the numeral 6) of article 29, in the following way: d) for three days in the case of paternity by birth or adoption; license is granted at the option of the worker from the day of birth, continuously, or distribute them within fifteen days from the date of the birth.
