1 Decree not. 414 it Assembly Legislative of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, whereas: I.-that the 29 of June of 2012 was subscribed the agreement by which is sets an association between Central America, on the one hand, and the Union European and their States members, by another.
II.-that the instrument that is concerns the whereas previous has been approved through agreement Executive not. 490 / 2013, of the 2 of April of 2013, and subject to consideration of this Assembly Legislative for its inclusion in the ordering legal Salvadoran, existing and positive.
III.-that the instrument does not contain any provision contrary to the Constitution, being from its ratification.
Therefore, in use of the power established in article 131, ordinal 7th of the Constitution in relation to Art. 168, ordinal 4th of the same, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic through the Minister of Foreign Affairs, DECREES: article 1.-ratified the agreement in all its parts by establishing an association between Central America by one hand, and the European Union and its Member States, on the other, which is composed of a preamble; Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the official journal, thus giving terminated the internal legal procedures for ratification.
The agreement which establishes an association between Central America, on the one hand, and the European Union and its Member States on the other, shall enter into force in accordance with Article 353 of the same provisions.
