1. Decree No. 458 in the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that the 8 of November 2012, was signed the agreement on air transport between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of the Republic of Cuba.
II.-that the instrument referred to in the previous recital has been approved by executive agreement. 607/2013, on April 23, 2013, and subject to consideration of this Legislative Assembly for inclusion in El Salvador, current and positive law.
III.-that the instrument does not contain any provision contrary to the Constitution, being from its ratification.
Therefore, in use of the power established in article 131, ordinal 7th of the Constitution in relation to Art. 168, ordinal 4th of the same, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic by the Deputy Minister for Salvadorans abroad, in charge of the office.
DECREES: Article 1.-the agreement on air transport between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of the Republic of Cuba, which consists of a preamble, twenty-four articles and an annex on the paths box, signed on 8 November of 2012, approved by executive agreement be ratified in all its parts N °. 607/2013 of April 23, 2013.
Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the official journal.
