1. Decree No. 456, the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR: I.-that the 29 of August 2011, was signed the agreement on air transport between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of the Republic of Ecuador.
II.-that the instrument referred to in the previous recital has been approved by executive agreement. 604/2013, on April 23, 2013, and subject to consideration of this Legislative Assembly for inclusion in El Salvador, current and positive law.
III.-that the instrument does not contain any provision contrary to the Constitution, being from its ratification.
Therefore, in use of the power established in article 131, ordinal 7th of the Constitution in relation to Art. 168, ordinal 4th of the same, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic by the Deputy Minister for Salvadorans abroad, in charge of the office.
Decree: Article 1.-ratified everywhere their Convention on air transport between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of the Republic of the Ecuador, containing XXIV articles and an annex to the air services agreement, signed on August 29, 2011, approved by Executive Agreement N °. 604/2013 of April 23, 2013.
Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the official journal.
