1 Decree N ° 464 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that the March 18, 2013 was signed the Convention of Cultural and sports, educational cooperation between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Oriental Republic of the Uruguay.
II.-that the instrument referred to in the previous recital has been approved by agreement Executive No. 694/2013, on May 7, 2013, and submitted to this Legislative Assembly for inclusion in El Salvador, current and positive law.
III.-that the instrument does not contain any provision contrary to the Constitution, being from its ratification.
Therefore, in use of the power established in article 131, ordinal 7th of the Constitution in relation to Art. 168, ordinal 4th of the same, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic through the then-Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Decree: Article 1.-ratified in all its parts the educational Cultural and sports cooperation agreement, between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Oriental Republic of the Uruguay, which consists of a preamble and articles XXI, approved by Executive No. 694/2013 Agreement may 7, 2013.
Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the official journal.
