DECREE No. 496 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
I.- under the General Guidelines for Granting Financial cooperation grants the Founders CABEI Countries, dated April 24, 2013 the Convention Grant Aid No. DI-109/2012 was signed between the representative of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration, CABEI and the Minister of Finance of the Republic of El Salvador, for an amount of US $ 1,000,000, which will be implemented by the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, through the National Civil Police, PNC, to finance activities related to the implementation of the Project Code 5938 "Capacity Building of the Division of Administration and Finance of the National Civil Police of El Salvador ".
II.- That the said project has a total cost of US $ 1,130,000 and includes the basic conditioning that 17 police Corporation own infrastructure and the acquisition of technological, logistical equipment and tools to provide better service to citizens ; also count on the PNC dental equipment in 12 new clinics to serve the police personnel and their families; and pursuant to the terms contained in that convention, it is the obligation of the executing agency, in this case the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, through the National Civil Police of El Salvador, PNC, cover with its own resources any differential necessary to finance the total cost of the project; so Counterpart expenses amounting to US $ 130,000, will be funded with allocations of its current budget.
III.- That in order that the National Civil Police may use the credit and the corresponding budgetary structure that allows use of such resources Reimbursable Cooperation and implement project 5938 Investment Code "Strengthening Capacities the Division of Administration and Finance of the National Civil Police of El Salvador ", it is necessary to amend the Budget Law in force, passed by Legislative Decree No. 182, dated November 8, 2012, published in the Official Gazette No. 228, Volume No. 397 of December 5 of that year, incorporating in paragraph II- income, resources from the Convention referred to above, by the amount of oNE MILLION DOLLARS 00/100 UNITED STATES oF AMERICA (US $ 1,000,000.00); and in section III Expenditure in corresponding to the field of Justice and Public Security, the amount of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS 00/100 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US $ 1,130,000.00), which includes the respective Counterpart by PERCENT 00/100 THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS oF tHE UNITED STATES oF AMERICA (US $ 130,000.00), which will be financed from the budgetary allocations Public Safety Unit 05, Line 02 Police Work efficiency, for that

Art. 1. In the current Budget Law, Section -A STATE BUDGET, the following modifications are made:
A) In paragraph II- EARNINGS, Heading 22 Capital transfers, transfers Capital Account 224 External Sector , 22404 increméntase the specific source multilateral organizations, as well:

Art. 2.
