1 Decree No. 492 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: (I).-in accordance with rule 131, ordinal º 22 of the Constitution of the Republic, is Faculty of this State body, to grant to individuals or populations, titles, honorary distinctions and gratuities, compatible with the form of Government established by relevant services to the homeland.
II.-that article 6, literal c) honorary distinctions, rewards and titles Act, establishes that the honorary distinctions of remarkable and distinguished or accomplished, in their order of importance, may be granted to Salvadoran people and foreign residents, when services or contributions that have been given to the homeland, is related to the dissemination and use of science art, culture, education and sport or any other form of altruistic or collective service; such a way that represents an undeniable benefit for the Salvadoran Government or its inhabitants.
III.-that the citizen Enot Rubio stop, born on October 23, 1959, in El Carmen, La Unión Department, conducted a tireless work on behalf of the family, youth, and Salvadoran children, fostering, promoting and implementing projects for the communities more poor in El Salvador, whose activities aim to guide and improve the quality of life of the family in an integrated manner.
IV.-that the selfless work he has done throughout his life, has earned several awards at national and international level, being pioneer in the formation of the Salvadoran Committee "The PICHE", through which, has been dedicated to helping the community out of the precarious condition that attended them, leading in this way a glimmer of hope to these people much needed it.
V-that within the countless and invaluable contributions that most stand out for the Salvadoran population, is the introduction of drinking water to various communities, construction of housing for victims of Hurricane Stan, construction and equipment of schools in different parts of our country, and more recently, have helped the band El Salvador, representing us in the traditional parade of "Las Rosas" , in Los Angeles, California.
VI.-that is appropriate to grant the honorable distinction of "distinguished citizen of EL SALVADOR", the Lord under the merits before designated, Enot Rubio stop, in recognition of their commendable work for the benefit of the Salvadoran population.

2. therefore, in use of his constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Deputy Mártir Arnoldo Marín Villanueva, and with the support of Congresswoman Margarita Escobar.
Decree: Article 1.-declared the Lord Enot Rubio stop, "distinguished citizen of EL SALVADOR", in recognition of their commendable work for the benefit of the Salvadoran population.
Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the official journal.
