THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.- That by Legislative Decree No. 329, dated 7 March 2013, published in Official Gazette No. 53, Volume No. 398, of 18 of the same month and year, the Executive Body was authorized in the Treasury Branch, so that by means of its holder or of the representative that he designates, to subscribe on behalf of the State and Government of the Republic of El Salvador, a Préstamus Contract with the Inter-American Development Bank,
II.- That of the above amount, the Economy Ramo requests to incorporate into the current Budget Law of 2013, the amount of $1,005,975.00, with the purpose of starting the execution of the Project 6025 Business Support and Institutional Strengthening-Components I, III and V, which includes for the present fiscal year, to provide coverage to the hiring of Professional Services for the raising of the base line of the program, diagnostics to export companies
III.- That in order for the Economy Ramo to have the necessary resources to finance the above-mentioned Project 6025, it is necessary to amend the current Budget Law, voted by Legislative Decree No. 182, dated 8 November 2012, published in Official Gazette No. 228, Volume No. 397, of 5 December of the same year, increasing in Section II- Income, the Specific Source 31404 of Multilateral Agencies, the amount of AMILLON CINCO MIL SETENTA AND CINCO 00/100 DOLARES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ($1,005,975.00); and in Part III-Gastos, in the part corresponding to the Economy Ramo, the Tax Unit 11-Programme

Art. 1.- The current Budget Law, Section - A GENERAL BUDGET OF THE STATE, introduces the following modifications:
A) In Apartado II-INGRESOS, Rubro 31 Public Indebtedness, Account 314 Recruitment of External Entrepreneurships, insert the specific source 31404 Of Multilateral Agencies, as follows:
Loan No. 2583/OC-ES, signed with the Inter-American Development Bank, IDB, approved by Legislative Decree No. 361, dated 19 April 2013, published in Official Gazette No. 76, Volume No. 399 of 26 of the same month and year. $1,005,975
B) In Apartament III-GASTOS, in the part corresponding to the Economy Ram, in numerals 3. Purpose ratio with Assigned Resources, 4. Business Development Services, with $24,315, 02 Support to the Salvadoran System for Quality, with $331 List of Public Investment Projects, incorporate Project 6025 Enterprise Support and Institutional Strengthening Programme - Components I, III and V, with the same amount, as follows:
