THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.- That by Legislative Decree No. 164, dated October 18, 2012, published in Official Gazette No. 196, Volume No. 397, of the 19th of the same month and year, the Executive Body was authorized in the Treasury Branch, issue Titles Values up to the amount of OCHOCIENTS MILLONES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$ 800,000,000), with the purpose of saving

II.- That in accordance with the provisions of the Arts. 5, subparagraph (i) to (iii) and 6 of the Legislative Decree mentioned above, the Legislative Body has approved several decrees, by which the current Budget Law has been amended, to incorporate the funds not used for the placement of the Securities Titles, to destinations different from those specified in that Decree.

III.- That to date, there is a balance available for a value of DIECIS MILLONES CINCUENTS AND CUATRO MIL CIEN DÓLARES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$ 16,454,100); at the same time, there is a need for a priority and inescapable character of meeting the deficit in the budget allocations for the payment of the Public Debt Service.

IV.- That in order to fulfil the commitments provided for in the payment of the Public Debt Service, it is necessary to reorient the fate of the aforementioned balance, in order to incorporate in Part II Income, the current Budget Law, approved by Legislative Decree No. 182 dated November 8, 2012, published in Official Gazette No. 228, Volume No. 397, of December 5 of the same year, the amount of DIECISY MILLIONS CINCUENTATIVES AND CUATRO MIL CIEN DÓLARES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$ 16,454,100); and in the Apartament III-Gastos, increases in the same amount

value, the Detail of Commitments of External Public Debt.

TANTO,

in the use of its constitutional powers and at the initiative of the President of the Republic, through the Minister of Finance,

RIGHT:

Art. 1.- In the current Budget Law, Section -A GENERAL BUDGET OF THE STATE, the following modifications are introduced:

A) In Apartado II – INGRESOS, Rubro 31 Public Indebtedness, Account 312 Securities Placements in the External Market, enter the specific source 31201 State Bonuses, with the value of US$ 16,454,100.

B) In Part III - GASTOS, in the part corresponding to the Treasury Ramo, Literal B. Resource Allocation, numeral 4. Budget Allocation by Rubro de Agrupación, Fuente de Financiamiento y Destination Económico y Literal D. Detail de Compromises Programdos del Servicio de Deuda Pública, se increment la Allocation que se indica, con la cantidad que se detalla siguientes así:
