THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.- That by Legislative Decree No. 879, dated 13 October 2011, published in Official Gazette No. 206, Volume No. 393 of 4 November of the same year, was released for the period of one year to the Foundation Help me to Live, for the introduction to the country of drugs and reagents.

II.- That for the work of the Foundation Help me to live for girls and boys suffering from leukemia in the country, it continues to require the import of medicines and reagents.

III.- That for the above reasons, and with the purpose of contributing to the attainment of the objectives of the said Foundation, it is appropriate to extend for the period of one year the effects set out in the Decree referred to in the first consideration of this Decree.

In use of his constitutional faculties and at the initiative of the Deputy Reynaldo Antonio López Cardoza, and with the support of the Deputies Lorena Guadalupe Peña Mendoza, Norma Fidelia Guevara de Ramirios, Mariela Peña Pinto, Carmen Elena Calderón de Escalón y Ana Vilma Albanez de Escobar, y de los Diputados José Francisco Merino López, Orestes Fredesman

RIGHT:

Art. 1.- For the period of one year, the effects of Legislative Decree No. 879, dated 13 October 2011, published in Official Gazette No. 206, Volume No. 393 of 4 November 2011.

The Foundation shall report to this Assembly on a quarterly basis on the totality of the goods introduced to the country under this Decree.

Art. 2.- This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
