THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.- That the Fe y Alegría Association is a private, apolitical, non-profit, Christian-inspired legal entity whose aims, among others, are to promote and promote the integral development of children, adolescents and adults in the most disadvantaged sectors of the country through popular education.

II.- That in order to raise funds for the financing of different projects they carry out, for the benefit of people with scarce economic resources, they will introduce to the country a vehicle that will be rifted.

III.- That in accordance with the powers conferred upon this Legislative Assembly by the Constitution of the Republic, it is appropriate to exempt from the payment of taxes, including wine cellar, which may cause the introduction to the country of that vehicle and the riff of the same.

In use of its constitutional faculties and at the initiative of the Irma Lourdes Palacios Vásquez, and with the support of the Deputies Lorena Guadalupe Peña Mendoza, Norma Fidelia Guevara de Ramirios, Mariela Peña Pinto, Carmen Elena Calderón de Escalón and Ana Vilma Albanez de Escobar, and of the Deputies José Francisco Merino López, Orestes Fredesman

RIGHT:

Art. 1.- Exonerate to the Association Fe y Alegría, of the payment of taxes, including wine cellar, except for the Tax on the Transfer of Furniture Goods and the Benefits of Services (IVA), which can cause the introduction to the country of a vehicle and the rifa of the same, which is of the following characteristics: brand: Nissan; model: KLB-133 MARCH ADVANCE 1.6L T/M Gases; capacity: 5

The waiver granted is without prejudice to the monitoring and control to be exercised by the respective tax agencies. In addition, representatives of the Association shall submit to this Assembly within 30 days of the event, a report duly signed and sealed by a responsible auditor, on the income obtained and the distribution thereof.

Art. 2.- This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
