THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.- On 21 November, a motion was made by the Deputy Karina Sosa, on behalf of the Director General of Protocol and Orders in the sense, the Minister of Foreign Affairs is granted permission to accept the “Great Star Order with the Great Cord”, which has been granted to the Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

II.- In accordance with the provisions of the 23rd Ordinal of Art. 131 of the Constitution, it is appropriate to grant the requested permission.

TANTO,

in the use of its constitutional authority established in Art. 131, Ordinal 23o and at the initiative of the deputy Karina Sosa.

RIGHT:

Art. 1.- Grant permission to the Salvadoran citizen Jaime Alfredo Miranda Flamenco, so that he can accept the Condecoration of the “Brill Star Order with Grand Cordón”, which has been granted to him by the Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

Art. 2.- This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
