II. to # 372 legislative decree, of the twenty-seventh day of may of the year one two thousand and ten date, published in the official newspaper Nº 100, volume no. 387, date thirty-one in May of two thousand ten, in article 17, regulates that pending processes coming into force the code of Civil and commercial procedure, should be conducted and fenecidos more, no later than the end of the period of two years from the entry into force of the aforementioned regulations, term that could be extended for a reasonable period that the Supreme Court would determine, after diagnosis.
III. that no. 42 legislative decree, of date twenty-ninth day of June of the year one two thousand and twelve, published in the official journal N 395, volume no. 120, date twenty-ninth day of the same month and year, in article one, extending for eighteen months, the effects of article 17 of legislative decree related in the preceding recital.
IV. that there are currently more than 18,000 processes unsettled by the Court, which generates much concern this organ of the State, so urges the judges of the Supreme Court of Justice to carry out relevant measures to realize its mission of ensuring speedy and accomplished justice.
V. That on the grounds that the time limit referred to in recital III, and which expires the next thirty and one of December of this year, it has not been enough, it becomes necessary to extend this time limit for a period of twelve months more.
Therefore, in use of his constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Supreme Court of Justice, DECREES: article 1.-extended by twelve months more, the effects of article 17 of the Decree legislative N 372, of twenty-seventh day of may of the year one two thousand and ten date, published in the official journal N ° 100, take N °. 387, date thirty-one of may of the year one two thousand and ten.
2 article 2.-the courts that remain in knowledge of the process initiated with the code of civil procedure and other special laws, shall pay quarterly report to the Supreme Court of Justice, about the advances in treatment and completion of the proceedings.
The report referred to in this article must be developed through payroll containing the following information: reference or number of record, procedural parts, type of process or diligence, document basis for action, where appropriate, procedural stage and description of number of parts and pages that compose it. It should also contain the signatures of the titular judge and Secretary of performances, and the stamp of the respective court.
Article 3.-this Decree shall enter into force the one of January of two thousand fourteen, after its publication in the official journal.
